Befriend your Self
Have you ever noticed that there are two types of pain. The one that is there because something is difficult and the one we feel because of how we evaluate the situation.
Let me give you an example. When a woman gives birth, she knows that the pain is for a good reason! And therefor she does not worry or criticise herself for being in pain. But lets be honest, how often do we criticise our self for being in pain and suffering, because we do not understand what is going on.
And once we started criticising our self for whatever it is we are feeling we get stuck and lose our way out.
The emotional healing session is a one on one (it can be also for couples) work where we explore trough conversation and feeling exercises what is going on in your life and what your soul is trying to communicate to you.
I will be by your side to help you explore with some suggestions that show up when we work together. What I have to offer is my own experience and my love to connect with others and go exploring.
As more as we get to know and understand ourselves, as more we can find that love and acceptance from which life just falls into it’s place.
