The organic process of healing

When we go to anyone asking for help to heal, we already have entered the healing phase. Ask and you shall receive!

And truly this is the most important step and a common reason why Free-bees don’t work. Because people tent to think they can try out something without commitment. But commmitment is what is needed. An inner decision, and something like the right moment.

When I observe my own healing journey and the journey of people that share with me, I can see again and again frustration about repeating certain issues.

And I think that the reason, even so it’s not always the same, but in many cases has to do with our instant gratification expectations.

We feel atracted to the one-time-fix-methods. We love when others promise to do the work for us….., but does it work? Or will you return to the same wound after the first excitement has gone?

I mean, everything is certainly part of the journey and it’s great to step into the next chapter with all your hearts intention. Still, when something comes “back” or re-appears, it can have serveral reasons why, but if I can give two recommendations on what helps, it would be these:

1. Healing is an organic process: things take there time, planting a seed is one moment, looking after the growing plant is the other. It needs weeding and caring and time, love and pacience. The fruit will come!

2. Embrace every obstacle. When we think Why is this happening AGAIN, it’s generally another “I hate myself – I am not willing to be there for myself AGAIN” . It’s like we still long for a trouble free live, instead if understanding that every challenge is a gift and so valueable. I m not saying it’s easy, but it’s good to remember 🙂

And just to say, I do also believe in “miracle healing”, everything exists! God/source does what we can not do. Still, I see a temptation to pain free gain, by choosing to believe it’s our choice whether we learn with our without pain. And yes it is, but not by chosing to insist on “my problem is gone, I m now living my chosen live”, but by working on all the resistance we discover and transforming it into a loving discovery and embrassing it.

Namaste

Have a lovely day.
