Sometimes I find myself in a total bad mood and I have no idea how I got there. When I analize I often find that I have been judging myself hard for something I do instead of nurturing myself with understanding and finding out what is really going on.
The one thing that is really hard is to not judge yourself for judging others. But as soon as we fall into self judgement we are trapped. And it gets impossible to find out what it is you really want.
Once I recognise and start entering a conversation with myself the outcome is always so surprising.
The trick is to really allow yourself to be a total “bitch”. (just by yoursle for with a trusted friend as an exercuse not for real! It’s never about hurting others or making them responsible for what we feel) Do not judge yourself for what you think or feel about someone else, use it as a tool to explore what you really want. Once you make contact with the real message behind your feelings, the picture shifts totally.
