Why am I feeling like that????

Sometimes certain feelings can be very unrealted to current life situations and we do not understand why they appear and forgot what they are related too. In fact they only appear because we have reached a good space, a space were we feel safe and so stuff that has been supressed before can be processed.

We don’t even need to know what it is about, all we need is to give these feelings our permission to be and our support.

But unfortunatly there is little knowledge about this simple process and so we tend to think:

WHY AM I FEELING LIKE THIS (SAD, ANGRY, AFRAID, DEPRESSED….)?

The second thought that often goes hand in hand with the above is

WHAT’S WRONG WITH ME?

Which shows we do not trust that our emotions have valid reasons, so we blame hormons and chemical imbalances and try and reduce this to physical defects. Which shows we do not trust our body either.

When in fact body, emotions and sould destiny are perfect in alignment with what is needed. If we only could see.

To start reversing this dilema you can simply met your emotions with validation and acknoledgment. Even if you do not understand why they are there. Arrange some time and space in your life where you can hear them and feel them and welcome them to surface. Do it together with a close friend or partner if you feel that works for you or get some “professional” help if you find a therapeut that can work with you on this bases.

Feeling “bad” is often a good sign! It’s an active healing phase! The real trauma is over long ago. Now your emotional body is collecting the pieces and putting you back together.

Learn to trust this process.
