Trauma symptoms

  • Do you feel that you have all the options in life possible to reach for you?
  • Are you or do you believe you can be in a nurturing relationship?
  • Do you experience your family as a strong system in which you have your balanced place?
  • Do you feel that your relationship with your body is caring and loving?
  • Do you feel happy when you wake up in the morning?

These are the questions that will tell you about any traumatic memories still stashed in your body.

A person that is free of trauma will feel that they can reach anything they wish for and they will be able to create nurturing circumstances for themselves and care about their own well being and happiness – Always.

Everything away from that are signs of trauma. Even so it’s not at a stage where it’s a problem for society. As long as you function …..:-(

So what does it mean??

Trauma in a way is this word that we learnt to think of as a problem. But really its just stuff that happens that ultimatly helps us to grow in live.

To begin with I would say lets differentiate into “acceptable” trauma and “overload” trauma.

Acceptable is everything that isn’t as bad and you are still “functioning”.

Overload is when you are resourcing for example to aggressive behaviours, substance abuse or you feel stuck in depressions etc.

Even so the second group is more in need, there is no need to let it come to this point, because non addressed issues don’t get better over time.

Naturally there is a bodily function that make us digest the stuff that is hard to digest in small pieces, still it is connected to a process of awarness as it means breaking through what we have been programmed to believe.

And it is important to see I am talking about trauma resolution not trauma denial or avoidance, which might feel like all is good on some levels but deep down things might be different…..

Many of us are still functioning, but the clock might be ticking.

Suppressed emotional stress needs to be addressed in order to have a quality life.

And this is what you are here for – not just a live – but one with quality!
